ECHR

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is the last resort for individuals whose fundamental rights have been violated by the state, after all domestic remedies have been exhausted. The Republic of Moldova is a party to the European Convention on Human Rights, and its citizens can submit applications to the Court in Strasbourg. Our team has experience in preparing and submitting applications to the ECHR and representing clients throughout the proceedings.
